Owner: Adriana Giraldez
Tax ID (NIF): 35679630Y
Business address: C. Hacienda de Pavones 219, Madrid, Spain
Email: info@luarajewelry.com
Telephone: +34 697605092
Hereinafter referred to as “Luara”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of products and services offered through it.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to carry out any activity that may damage, prevent or interfere with its operation or with the rights of Luara or third parties.
The information provided when making a purchase must be accurate, complete and up to date.
3. Products
Luara offers fine jewelry, including collection pieces, made-to-order products and personalized or bespoke designs.
We make every effort to ensure that photographs, descriptions, characteristics and colors of our products are as accurate as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen displays, lighting, the natural characteristics of stones or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces.
The specific characteristics of each product, including metal, stone type, dimensions, weight and certification where applicable, are stated on the relevant product page.
For gemstones and diamonds, certain weights, measurements and characteristics may be subject to customary industry tolerances where stated as approximate.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices displayed during the purchasing process will be presented in accordance with applicable law. Before confirming an order, the customer will be able to review the total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any additional charges.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown before the purchase is completed.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Luara may change the prices of its products at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders and acceptance
By completing an order on luarajewelry.com, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the purchase details.
Luara may cancel an order where there is a justified reason, including an obvious pricing or description error, exceptional product unavailability, inability to verify payment or reasonable suspicion of fraud.
If Luara cancels an order that has already been paid, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the payment method originally used.
6. Payment methods
The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Production, shipping and delivery
Preparation and delivery times depend on the type of piece and are indicated, where applicable, on the product page or in our Shipping Policy.
The timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond Luara's reasonable control.
For sales to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the piece remains with Luara until the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the order.
Further information about production times, international shipping, tracking and customs can be found in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
Luara offers a 14-calendar-day return period from receipt of the order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Consumers within the European Union also have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, except where a legal exemption applies.
For returns due to withdrawal or change of mind, Luara will arrange the return using a tracked courier service and the direct return costs will be borne by the customer. The applicable cost will be communicated before collection is arranged and may be deducted from the final refund.
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for the full conditions.
9. Personalized and bespoke pieces
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized.
This may include bespoke designs created specifically for the customer, personalized engravings and other individualized modifications expressly requested by the customer.
The fact that a standard piece is made to order does not, by itself, mean that it is personalized.
Specific terms applicable to a bespoke project may be communicated to the customer before the design is approved and production begins.
10. Statutory guarantee
Pieces sold to consumers are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee provided under applicable Spanish and European law.
In Spain, Luara is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within the statutory period, currently three years from delivery for new goods.
The statutory guarantee does not cover, among other circumstances, damage resulting from improper use, impact, accidents, ordinary wear and tear, third-party intervention or care that is contrary to Luara's recommendations, provided such damage is not the result of a lack of conformity existing in the piece.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer's statutory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual property

Luara will not be responsible for failures caused exclusively by unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to any rights available to the consumer.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, technical or service-related changes.
The version applicable to a purchase will be the version in force at the time the order is placed, unless a subsequent amendment is required by law to apply.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to consumers residing in other countries.
Where the customer is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, without imposing on the consumer a jurisdiction different from that to which they are legally entitled.
