Are the jewelry in stock or made to order?

We have Ready to Ship pieces (immediate shipping) and Made to Order pieces (we make them for you in 3–5 weeks). We also offer Bespoke jewelry, which is custom-designed.

How do I place an order at Luara?

Choose your favorite jewelry and contact us via WhatsApp or email . We'll provide personalized advice to answer any questions, confirm sizes, and coordinate all the details of your purchase.

Why don't I buy directly from the website?

Because at Luara, every piece deserves a personalized experience . We make sure to guide you in choosing your jewelry and accompany you throughout the entire process.

Can I request something urgent?

Yes. Let us know the date and we'll see how to get it there on time.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from Spain to the EU and almost anywhere in the world. Packages are shipped with insurance.

How long does shipping take?

  • Spain: 24–72 h (Ready to Ship)
  • EU: 2–5 business days (Ready to Ship)
  • International: 3–7 business days (Ready to Ship)
  • Made to Order: 3–5 weeks

Customs and taxes?

In the EU, prices include VAT where applicable. Outside the EU, taxes/duties may apply at destination.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I return or exchange a part?

  • Ready to Ship (unused): exchange or return within 14 days .
  • Made to Order / Bespoke / Engravings: Returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing incidents .

My jewelry arrived with a problem, what do I do?

Write to us within 48–72 hours with your order number and photos/video to info@luarajewelry.com.

Metal and Diamonds

What metals do they work with?

All Luara jewelry is made of solid 18-karat gold (yellow, white, or rose). We do not use plating or vermeil.

For special pieces, we also offer the option of working in platinum .

Are the diamonds natural or laboratory-grown?

At Luara, we work with both natural and certified lab-grown diamonds . Both are real diamonds; the difference lies in their origin, not their beauty or durability.

Are the diamonds certified?

Diamonds from 0.30ct are delivered with an internationally recognized gemological certificate (GIA or IGI) , which includes the 4Cs and certificate number.

Guarantee and Authenticity

Does the jewelry have a guarantee?

Yes. All Luara pieces are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes crimping issues, defective clasps, or any defects in materials or production processes.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, loss of stones due to misuse or external manipulation.

Beyond the legal guarantee, we offer a professional maintenance and repair service , so your jewelry will continue to shine like new for a lifetime.

Does the jewelry include a certificate?

It depends on the piece:

  • All Luara jewelry is delivered with a detailed invoice and manufacturing guarantee .
  • Diamond jewelry from 0.30ct includes an internationally recognized gemological certificate (GIA or IGI) , which includes the 4Cs and certificate number.
  • Jewelry with smaller diamonds (less than 0.30ct) does not include an individual certificate, but has been selected with the same quality standards and responsible origin.

Sizes and Personalization

How do I know my ring size?

We'll send you a digital guide or ring sizer . We'll advise you based on the design.

What if it doesn't fit me?

We offer a free size adjustment on engagement rings during the first month of purchase .

For a second adjustment or for designs that require reworking the piece ( e.g. eternity bands or full pavé ), additional fees may apply.

Can a ring be engraved?

Yes. We can add interior engraving (initials, date, special message) to most rings. Please confirm this with us when placing your order.

Please note that, due to their personalized nature, engraved rings cannot be returned .
